By placing your order, you represent to us that you are at least 21 years old and that the person to whom delivery will be made is at least 21 years old. You may be required to show identification proving that you are at least 21 years old at the time of delivery. If the wine is returned to us for failure to provide positive proof of age, the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping charges. All sales are final.
